Personal Injury Case Management Paralegal
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to take over inherited personal injury cases and help organize disorganized case files at our law office in San Antonio, TX. This is a contract position that must be performed in person at the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Oversee all aspects of assigned personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
File Organization: Review, organize, and systematize inherited and disorganized case files to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing personal injury matters.
Document Preparation: Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, correspondence, medical record requests, and other legal documents.
Case Follow-Up: Maintain communication with clients, providers, and opposing parties as needed to keep cases progressing.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Paralegal, with a strong background in personal injury law.
Ability to independently manage a caseload and prioritize multiple deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with experience cleaning up and restructuring files.
Excellent legal research, drafting, and document preparation abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
