Nonprofit Company Selling used Merchandise, any legal Compliance?

Job ID: 34524530

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Hello, I have a 501c3 nonprofit organization it is a corporation. But I’m trying to bring revenue to this nonprofit organization via using my skill as an Estate sales woman, if I work for clients as their estate seller, and I do this thru name of my nonprofit and the money also made, directly goes to the nonprofit organization then is this good legally or do I need to make my idea of estate sales business become a subsidiary to my nonprofit and make it like connect somehow? That’s my goal is how to legally sell used merchandise if you are a nonprofit organization? Just like goodwill for example they sell items used items but they are also a nonprofit their mission is to help people with jobs. My nonprofits mission is to help families and women train for jobs and housing and education building. For this I need funds but I have no grants so I thought I of this nonprofit being a used merchandise seller and I got the sellers permit already and cerified already there is no license required in California to work as an Estate sales person.

Let me know the legal compliance of this scenario.
