Nominee Director Needed - Surat Residents Only

We are seeking an individual based in Surat (Gujarat, India) to serve as a Nominee Director for a newly incorporated Indian Private Limited Company with foreign ownership. This role is required under Indian law and is purely formal.
There is no involvement in business operations, financial matters, or company management. The appointment will be officially recorded with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and a legal agreement will be provided to fully protect the nominee.
The candidate must be an Indian citizen residing in Surat, with valid PAN and Aadhaar, and must have lived in India for at least 182 days in the past 12 months. No restrictions should exist on acting as a company director.
The annual compensation is fixed at ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 INR, paid once per year. Only individuals currently residing in Surat will be considered.
