Legal Assistant for Florida Boating Case

What I'm interest in finding is an assistant who can put together a lawsuit from the information that I have obtained against an individual Who neglected to inform me that the boat that I tried to purchase from him flooded ETC. In the state of Florida, it is illegal to sell a vessel without proper written acceptance from the buyer, IE informing them that it had flooded/sunk, and that they purchased with knowledge in writing.
I notified him that I found out that vessel had Flooded, and this is after I asked him point blank had the boat ever sank and or flooded Before we entered into a contract. He Omitted facts that he knew to be true. I have been in contact with the owner, that sold the Vessel to this individual, and she declares, and I have text, that she informed him and his associates that the boat had previously Flooded.
I have asked him to resend the contract and return my deposit of $10,000. He has stated that I accepted the vessel, which I had not
Because of the fact, that failed to inform me of material facts that affect the value and safety of the vessel, I believe that punitive damage can be sued for. As you may know in Florida the limit for small claims is $8000, however when they are extenuating circumstances such as I have described, I believe we can sue for three times that amount in punitive damages.
There is of course much more information set forth in this description. I have been assembling documents for the last two months, when I realized that the seller was not going to rescind the contract and return my deposit
I am looking for an assistant who has experience in such matters and can help me put together Civil proceedings that the State of Florida County of Brevard will accept for trial.
