Legal Assistance for Child Medical Neglect Case

State of Ohio. Child neglect or endangerment by ex husband. Mom has tried to get free or low income legal support, but can't find any help and cannot afford an attorney. 14 year old daughter wants to live with dad, but she has been to ER (and ICU) about 4 times under his watch within past two years. Have proof of purposeful neglect and refusal to take her to the ER when he should for which could have caused her serious harm or death. Mom only made $19,000 last year and no money to pay attorney. Mom dissolution dad about 3 years ago and he was abusive, so mom was too afraid to get any money or assets (two homes) and child support, so she walked away with no community money or property. Dad only wanted the two daughters 4 days a month, so over 90% of burdens to raise, support, and fund daughters are on mom's shoulders. Mom has GED and works as a floor and bathroom cleaner. She really needs help. I have put together the facts and evidence, so there shouldn't be too much for you to do other than create the proper motions and family codes. Mostly want to prevent overnight stays with the one daughter with Type 1 diabetes. No real parenting time is being decreased during normal daytime hours, just make sure she is home and sleeping in mom's house to monitor her type 1 diabetes during night. Dad refuses to keep the DEXCOM diabetes APP working throughout the night to notify if her numbers go so low she could be serious harm or die in sleep. If the judge wants to put dad on no contact, or some other harsher restrictions that is fine, but minimum mom wants no overnight stays. Also, if there is a way to overturn dissolution paper work for she signed to not put dad on child support, mom really needs financial help from dad. Lastly, we have evidence (texts and recorded phone calls) of Dad constantly telling two daughters private adult details about mom to undermined her authority and poison her relationship with daughters causing alienation with them even though they live over 95% time with mom, making live extremely difficult for daughter and mom relationship.
