Family Law Paralegal Needed

I'm a family law attorney seeking a skilled paralegal or legal assistant to streamline my daily operations and assist with various legal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including court filings and case briefs.
- Client Communication: Manage and respond to client emails.
- Legal Research: Conduct research to support ongoing cases and legal strategies.
- Organization of files, keeping track of filed cases and deadlines/court appearances, drafting documents, conducting legal research on cases, emailing clients, opposing counsel, and other paralegals.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in family law is highly desirable.
- Proficient in legal document preparation and familiar with court filing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
- Strong legal research abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with Clio for counsel and Google Drive.
- Preference for someone located in the US with at least a paralegal certification.
