Legal Assistant who is reliable, responsive and knowledgeable in drafting motions for sanctions, who knows how to fight back and strike motions or orders tactfully, knows how to get attorney fee refunds, knows how to combat constant attacks from OP and strategize to show the evidence is correct and the OP is outright lying. Need someone to help get me through final judgment. Tomorrow is 2 years since he walked out the door and he has not offered even ONE settlement - he just enjoys his narcisstic self torturing me. I have to borrow money to buy food - he sent in the tax return to get the homestead exemption and forged my signature. *******Please note that I am being cyberstalked by my estranged spouse and the library is the only safe place I can communicate. No matter what device I use, he is in it within 2 days and can steal emails, photos, listen to my calls, read my texts - I have been dealing with this with for 3 years. He has also been unfaithful for 3 years and is domestically and financially abusing me. So I won't be able to reply until Monday when the library re-opens after the holiday weekend.
