BC Court Form Preparation
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I have an upcoming matter in the British Columbia Supreme Court and need a paralegal / legal assistant who already knows the Civil Rules to turn my draft material into registry-ready paperwork. The case is in the trial-preparation phase, so accuracy and compliance are critical.
Your primary task is preparing documents for filing. The pieces I need right away are:
• Affidavits
• Motions (applications)
• Trial briefs
I will forward all facts, exhibits, and earlier pleadings in Word/PDF. You will:
• Review for completeness and relevance
• Apply correct BC Supreme Court formatting, paragraph numbering, style of cause, and citations
• Ensure every schedule, certificate, and form is attached as required
• Return an editable Word file and a print-ready PDF for each document
When you reply, please outline your direct experience with Canadian—ideally BC—civil litigation documentation, state whether you prefer an hourly or fixed fee, and quote your rate. If this short-term engagement goes smoothly, I will likely have more filing work to send your way.
