Costa Rica Company setup

We are an international corporate services provider working with global clients who require company formations and legal structuring in various jurisdictions.
We are currently looking to partner with a licensed Costa Rican lawyer and/or notary public to handle company incorporations locally. Ideally, we are seeking a professional who can act efficiently, respond quickly, and build a long-term working relationship with us.
Scope of Work:
The selected professional will assist with:
Incorporation of Costa Rican companies (S.A., S.R.L., etc.)
Drafting and notarizing Articles of Incorporation
Shareholder and board resolutions
Share transfers and corporate amendments
Corporate registry filings
Tax ID registration
Ongoing corporate legal support when needed
What We Are Looking For:
Licensed lawyer in Costa Rica (Notary Public license preferred)
Strong experience in corporate law and company formations
Fast response time and efficient turnaround
Clear and transparent fee structure
Open to long-term collaboration with recurring work
