Experienced U.S.-Based Paralegal for Full-Scope Legal Drafting, Filings & Contract Support (Remote)
We’re seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented U.S.-based paralegal to work remotely on a wide range of legal drafting and filing tasks across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll be supporting an executive office engaged in sovereign, blockchain, and arbitration-related documentation, as well as standard civil and commercial legal processes.
This position requires exceptional written precision, familiarity with U.S. federal and state court procedures, and the ability to deliver professional filings under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, proofread, and format legal agreements, pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.
Prepare depositions, interrogatories, discovery requests, and e-filings in compliance with state/federal court rules.
Manage contract administration, track deadlines, and maintain organized document archives.
Draft demand letters, family law documents, wills, and probate forms.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings into actionable memoranda.
Support FAA motions, arbitration filings, and litigation support documentation.
Handle case intakes, personal injury filings, and e-discovery preparation.
Create and maintain structured templates for contracts, discovery responses, and paralegal workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Located in the United States (required).
Minimum 3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and standard e-filing platforms.
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision.
Prior exposure to arbitration, compliance, or international documentation preferred.
(Bonus) Familiarity with blockchain, fintech, or digital asset regulation.
