I am seeking a qualified legal professional to draft a practice note analysing the distinction between hardship (exceptional circumstances) and force majeure under UAE law.

This is not a general overview piece. The note must be structured, analytical, and grounded in UAE legislation and case-based reasoning, with clear reference to the UAE Civil Transactions Law—particularly the distinction between Article 273 (force majeure: impossibility) and Article 249 (hardship: excessive onerousness).
