Legal Research for Greenhouse Gas Attribution

Job ID: 40298787

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Hello,
My name is Audrey and I am a bachelor’s law student at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), concentrating in Public International Law. I am currently working on my thesis and am looking for someone who can assist with legal research and legal data processing.
My general topic is the attribution of greenhouse gas emissions from state-owned fossil fuel companies under the law of state responsibility. My specific research question is:
To what extent can a state be held responsible under ARSIWA for transboundary harm caused by a state-owned company?
I am looking for assistance with researching and analysing international legal materials, including academic literature, cases, commentaries, recent jurisprudence, treaties, and other relevant sources.
The outcome I am looking for is a structured table or summary that lists reliable sources together with the key information or findings from each source that may be relevant for my thesis. I would also appreciate if the sources could be clearly cited, including the specific articles, paragraphs, or sections that are relevant, so that they can be easily referenced and used for footnotes in the paper.
Please let me know if this is something you would be available to assist with. We can further discuss the details of the research and the expected scope of the work.
