Access to LexisNexis and Westlaw databases, for all US federal and state cases (nationwide) required. Search for caselaw decisions where:
1. one entity (e.g., party, nonparty, test-taker, the court, third party, etc.) seeks
2. psychological test data and/or psychological test materials, from
3. another entity (e.g., nonparty expert witness, nonparty treating psychologist, nonparty evaluating psychologist, etc.)
4. another entity (e.g., party, nonparty, test-taker, the court, third party, etc.) opposes disclosure
5. the court makes a decision and issues an order
6. The decision was made 1/1/2023 or later

Test data is defined as "(a) The term test data refers to raw and scaled scores, client/patient responses to test questions or stimuli, and psychologists' notes and recordings concerning client/patient statements and behavior during an examination."

Test materials are defined as "manuals, instruments, protocols, and test questions or stimuli".
