The balance between emergency powers, proportionality, judicial review, and public accountability.
Scope of Work
I am looking for someone who can assist with the complete research project, including:

Preparing a detailed project structure.
Conducting a comprehensive literature review.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong academic background in UK Law (LPC, LLM, PhD, or equivalent).
Proven experience writing UK law research projects or dissertations.
Excellent knowledge of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights Law, Judicial Review, and the Coronavirus Act 2020.
Familiarity with UK university academic standards and OSCOLA referencing.
