I need two clean, legally sound documents prepared from scratch:
• A residential Lease Agreement that complies with all relevant state and federal tenancy statutes and clearly covers term, rent, maintenance, default remedies, and any standard disclosure language.
• A Power of Attorney for general financial matters that follows my jurisdiction’s statutory form but also folds in a few specific instructions I will supply after award.
I will provide the property details, parties’ names, governing law, and the extra clauses I want in the POA. Please return both files in editable Word format, ready for signature, and include a brief explanatory note for each section so I can see where to customise dates or amounts later.
