My civil matter is already set down for trial on 26 May, so I now need a litigation-savvy solicitor to turn the bundle of evidence and correspondence I have into a polished set of particulars ready for court.
All source material is in order and fully scanned; what I am missing is the expertly written narrative that pulls it together. In practical terms, I would like you to:
• Produce a concise yet comprehensive case summary that the judge can grasp in a single read.
• Set out the legal arguments, citing relevant statutes, precedent and CPR references so the claim is firmly grounded.
I will supply the full document set immediately on appointment. A brief discussion to clarify any gaps is welcomed, but no document-gathering is required.
