Criminal Case Law Research Needed

I need a meticulous legal researcher to locate, analyse, and summarise authoritative case law in the area I selected as “Crimal” law. The focus is strictly on case law research; no contract drafting or other legal documents are required this time.

What I expect
• A clear, well-organised memorandum highlighting the most relevant precedents, their key holdings, and how they apply to the factual scenario I will provide.
• Full citations in Bluebook format (parallel citations welcome).
• A brief synthesis section that ties the authorities together and flags any conflicting rulings.

You should be comfortable navigating databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, SCC Online, or equivalent resources and able to deliver concise, insightful commentary rather than a data dump. Accuracy and timely delivery are critical; misunderstandings on jurisdiction or procedural posture will not meet acceptance criteria.
