Community Care Appeal Drafting

I am challenging my local authority’s refusal to cover my adult community-care costs they have already taken me to court and won as i had no legal representative. need a well-structured appeal letter that gives me the strongest chance of success. The document has to weave together my medical history and diagnosis with a clear explanation of the support I require, then link those facts to the Care Act 2014, and the local authorities charging policy that states that carers are free for care. I was not given the care costs in advance and there is reference to assessments for continuing healthcare that i never received. I was caring for my two disabled sons at the time when i received care, one was a minor. Equality Act 2010, consumer protection for unfair trading. statutory guidance and any relevant case law.
