I’m finalising a set of business agreements and want a fresh legal eye on the Terms & Conditions section before I sign anything. The documents are already drafted; what I need now is a detailed review that highlights any gaps, hidden risks, or ambiguous language and offers precise, practical revisions.

Please focus exclusively on the Terms & Conditions portion—items such as governing law, payment terms, dispute resolution, warranties, and indemnities. Other parts of the contract have been handled separately, so there is no need to red-line the entire agreement.

Deliverables (all in Word or PDF):
• A red-lined version of the Terms & Conditions showing proposed edits
• A brief memo (one-to-two pages) summarising key risks and recommendations
