Attorney Needed for Zoom Hearing -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a brief, civil-law procedural hearing coming up that the court will conduct over Zoom. All of my filings are already in; what I need now is an attorney who can log in with me, enter an appearance for this session only, and be ready to address any questions the judge may have.
This is strictly limited-scope representation for the single hearing. After we wrap up, I’m open to discussing broader representation if it feels like a good fit, but for now the engagement ends once the hearing is concluded and the court recording is off.
To make the day run smoothly, I’ll share the Zoom link, my filed pleadings, and the minute order setting the hearing as soon as we agree to work together. A quick prep call beforehand would be helpful so you can spot any last-minute issues, but there are no special arguments or contested points that I need raised—general representation and clarification for the court will be enough.
Deliverables:
• Attend the scheduled Zoom session and formally appear on my behalf
• Speak to procedural or clarification questions should the judge request input
• Provide a short email recap of what occurred and any follow-up steps, if any
The date is firm, so reliability and a stable Zoom setup are essential. If you’re licensed to practice civil litigation and comfortable with virtual courtrooms, I look forward to hearing from you. I AM LOCATED IN OREGON
