our LMS is down and we need to know why

Hello! My company is in need of some assistance with our LMS platform. We've been using Moodle, but we've recently been having issues with the site not loading. We haven't made any recent changes to our LMS or hosting environment, so we're hoping someone can help figure out why our platform isn't working properly.
