looking to build systems for my business and data analytics

hi i need someone who could help me build a few systems
1. a follow up system for me to follow up with clients who showed interest
2. a system to help me track which rate am i closing at best
3. a system that can help me keep every client's details in + notes and easily find them when i type in their name or date or number
