Shoe Cutting Machine Operator

The task centres on running and maintaining the cutting machines on our shoe-production line. You will handle daily set-ups, monitor precision throughout each batch, and keep the workstation organised so downstream stitching and assembly stay on schedule. Because this sits squarely in the Production department, smooth coordination with quality and logistics teams is essential.
I am specifically after an Operator Mesin profile—someone who already knows their way around leather or synthetic-upper cutting tables, press knives, and pattern dies. Formal certificates are welcome, yet proven, hands-on experience cutting shoe components is what really matters here.

Deliverable
• Consistently cut uppers, linings, and reinforcements to spec, ready for the next station, for the duration of the contract.

• ≤ 2 % scrap rate per batch.
• All dies stored and labelled at shift end.
• Machine log sheets completed accurately before hand-over.
