LearDash Quiz - Main questions and Additional questions

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me to create an additional function for the LearDash quiz
The quiz should contain two types of questions: Main and Supplementary questions.
If the main question is answered correctly, the candidate receives the associated additional question and can answer it.
If the main question is answered incorrectly, the associated supplementary question will not be asked, so not only the points of the main question but also the points of the supplementary question are lost for the candidate.
The quiz has 20 main questions plus 20 associated supplementary questions. The max sum of points of every quiz is 88.
