Design Learning Curriculum for Professional Career Path

A company of 1500 wants to develop standardized learning curriculum for employees who want to take on professional career path, based on the specific skills that they practice it over the years. We have our own competency standards & training syllabus for each competency, but not yet linked to the certifications required and positions database. Learning Curriculum can be divided into several job families based on the nature of work of our business process, and designed to have hierarchy based on our job grading system. The data should be organized and coded in orderly manner that it will be uploaded to our internal system.
