Create and design a course for Tutor LMS using a Labour Act

Course Description:
I am looking for an experienced instructional designer to create and design a course for Tutor LMS that focuses on providing employees with a basic understanding of the Labour Act of South Africa (attached).
Target Audience:
- The course is specifically designed for employees who want to gain a basic understanding of the Labour Act and their rights and responsibilities under it.
Course Level:
- The course should aim for a basic understanding level, providing employees with fundamental knowledge about the Labour Act and its implications.
Course Length:
- The course should be approximately 1-3 hours long, providing enough time to cover the essential topics related to the Labour Act.
THE COURSE MUST BE FUN, COLOURFUL AND USE GRAPHICS / IMAGES
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Experience in instructional design and creating engaging and interactive courses.
- Familiarity with Tutor LMS platform is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a simplified and easily understandable manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to project timelines.
