Course Developers in LMS Required

Hi, we have an in-house LMS and we are looking for people who have sound technical, and language skills to develop courses in that LMS.
Creation or Development of courses will require aspects such as:
Adding assets like video/reading material/articles etc.
Adding assessments, grading criteria.
Exploring and Troubleshooting different features of LMS.
We are looking for long-term engagement, for about like 3-4 hours a day.
Content will be provided.
