Amazon S3 Learning Management System(LMS) video security.

I have an LMS website and would want to prevent video downloads or transfers from the site. The video files have been stored with a bucket in an Amazon S3 account i created. I've been trying to setup the bucket permission as stated above but the video does not play on the LMS site. I need someone that can help me resolve this issue. Thanks.
