Creating Learning Management Solution

Hi, I want to create a LMS for the employees of the Department. I want to facilitate some trainings to my team members and want this training to be on cloud and interactive. I would like to start with one training now. For future, I may have 5-6 trainings. The consultant may choose any LMS platform. I will have the trainings ready in the PowerPoint presentations (~20 slides) and would want the consultant to create it in the LMS platform. I would like my employees to received an email with the link for the training.
