WordPress LearnDash Educational Site Build
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have the full design for a 5-10 page WordPress site ready in Stitch, and now need it built and launched as a subscription-based learning platform. The core of the build is a complete LearnDash setup that supports both pre-recorded video courses and live interactive sessions.
Scope of work
• Convert my supplied desktop and mobile mock-ups into a responsive WordPress theme (Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom blocks—whichever fits best without straying from the design).
• Install and configure LearnDash end-to-end: course hierarchy, lesson/topic templates, drip scheduling, progress tracking, certificates, and email notifications.
• Enable recurring subscriptions as the single enrollment method, linking LearnDash groups/memberships to payment status. WooCommerce Subscriptions or Stripe Checkout are both acceptable; advise if another gateway is more efficient.
• Set up secure video delivery (Vimeo Pro, BunnyStream, or similar) and connect Zoom or BigBlueButton for the live sessions so that enrolments automatically receive meeting links.
• Apply best-practice performance, SEO, and accessibility basics before launch (caching, image optimisation, alt text, schema where relevant).
• Migrate the finished site to my hosting, point DNS, and verify that all payment flows, emails, and course access rules work on production.
Acceptance criteria
1. All pages replicate the provided design within a 3 px tolerance on major breakpoints.
2. A test user can subscribe, is charged recurring fees, and gains immediate access to sample video and live-session courses.
3. Progress, completion badges, and certificate download trigger correctly.
4. Core Web Vitals score “Good” across desktop and mobile on an uncached visit.
5. Complete hand-off documentation covers theme customisations, plugin list, staging credentials, and how to add future courses.
