Remove LearnDash Group Nav Buttons

I’m stuck with the default navigation buttons that show up at the top of every LearnDash “Group” page and simply want them gone. I’m not looking for a full development engagement—just a concise, paid walkthrough that shows me how to remove those buttons completely across all group pages.
