Need WordPress Developer to Build Custom “DBPR Reporter” Plugin (LearnDash + Tin Canny Integration)

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced WordPress plugin developer to create a custom add-on that automates reporting of course completions to DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation). The plugin must integrate with LearnDash and Tin Canny to track course completions, generate a DBPR-compliant TXT file, and optionally upload it to the DBPR portal.

Key Requirements:
The plugin should:

Be built as a standalone add-on named “DBPR Reporter.”

Run automatically via cron job every hour to detect new course completions.

Collect all required fields such as student name, license number, course ID, provider info, completion date, etc. (field mapping will be provided).

Generate a DBPR-formatted TXT file for each completion batch.

Support automatic upload to DBPR (once API/upload method is provided) or allow manual upload based on settings.

Send email notifications to admins when files are generated or uploaded.

Maintain error logs to record issues during data fetch, file creation, or upload.

Be thoroughly tested to ensure:

Correct detection of course completions

Proper TXT file structure matching DBPR specifications

Stable automation and reliable notifications

Ideal Developer:

Strong knowledge of WordPress plugin development

Experience with LearnDash and Tin Canny (preferred)

Familiarity with cron jobs, file generation, and API-based uploads

Ability to deliver clean, well-documented code
