LearnDash LMS Overhaul & Database Setup

We need a software developer who is very familiar with the WordPress-based Learning Manage System (LMS) LearnDash. When the job is done, we need to be able to manage all aspects of it ourselves. We may also need assistance with setting up the database (probably using the Kinsta database system) and importing quite a few files from our existing database (currently on Amazon AWS). I am including a full spec sheet. Many features we need are NOT included within the LearnDash software. We want to completely avoid using "custom" software, however, and seek to utilize solutions that already exist by using WordPress plug-ins and configurations. We are flexible on the deadline. What we also need is to be able to speak to people in English by phone once we accept a bid but we understand that most communication will be by email and text. We will assist with beta testing to make sure the software performs as needed. If this works out, there will be other related work available to the developer in the near future.
