LearnDash Feature Implementation. FIXED BUDGET.

I'm seeking an experienced LearnDash developer to implement three key features on my website:

1. Access Code System:
- Automatically send an access code via email after payment subscription (email service: to be determined).
- Use the access code to unlock and view course videos.

2. Quiz and Certificate Automation:
- At the end of each video/course, students should take an automatically graded quiz.
- Upon passing, students receive an automated email with a certificate of completion.

3. Certificate Design Integration:
- Integrate my provided certificate design (JPG/PNG format).

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in LearnDash
- Ability to integrate custom designs into LearnDash
