6-Hour Illinois Adult Driver Ed Course

Job ID: 40572214

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m looking for a complete, six-hour Illinois Adult Driver Education course built inside LearnDash or another LMS The experience should feel lively, mixing short videos, scenario-based stories, and interactive moments so students stay engaged all the way to the state-required final exam.

Course structure & content
• Six total hours broken into logical modules with a brief knowledge check after each.
• Knowledge checks and the final exam should rely mainly on True/False items; build a large enough bank to keep attempts fresh.
• Cover every topic mandated by the Secretary of State: the Smith System, IPDE, defensive driving strategies, Illinois Rules of the Road, vehicle equipment & safety features, plus the effects of drugs and alcohol. Use the Illinois Rules of Road book as a guide by Googling it

Cheating prevention
Add three biometric/security challenge questions—mother’s maiden name, first school attended, and favorite childhood pet—randomly throughout the course. Lock progress until the student answers exactly as first recorded.

Platform specifics
• Develop directly in LearnDash (WordPress is already installed).
• Video hosting can be YouTube unlisted or Vimeo; just keep load times light.
• All quizzes, progress bars, and completion certificates must be native LearnDash functions—no external quiz widgets.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured LearnDash course (modules, lessons, topics, quizzes, final test).
2. Embedded videos and graphics you have license to use. AI is fine
3. PDF certificate set to trigger on passing score and six-hour seat time.
4. Short admin guide showing how to update questions, videos, and biometric prompts.
5. One-round post-launch tweak to fix any compliance gaps the state discovers.

Acceptance criteria
• Seat-time tracker blocks certificate release before six hours.
• Biometric challenges appear at least once per hour and log correctly.
• Average beta-tester completion rate ≤ 6h with > 80 % final-exam pass.

If this sounds up your alley, show me a related LearnDash project or prototype outline so we can move ahead fast.
