Fix WordPress Critical Error

My WordPress website is down with a "critical error." https://simplystenoacademics.com/ The message email from WP says "In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, LearnDash LMS" and has a few links to try, including a "recovery mode" link - but none work.
WP Details -
WordPress version 6.4.5
Active theme: The7 (version 8.8.1)
Current plugin: LearnDash LMS (version 3.1.6)
PHP version 7.4.33

Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/dh_sp5yam/simplystenoacademics.com/wp-content/plugins/sfwd-lms/includes/class-ld-lms.php' (include_path='.:')
The host is Dreamhost, so we can access that, but not the WP panel directly.
