Fix LearnDash Login Redirect Issue

My learners are stuck at the sign-in screen. When a student account tries to access my LearnDash courses, the process jumps to the standard WordPress login form, then simply stalls—no error, no progress. I haven’t changed any LearnDash or WordPress settings recently, so the problem looks buried deeper than a quick toggle.
Here’s what you’ll be working with: WordPress + LearnDash (latest public releases), standard student roles, no custom code added in the past few weeks. I need you to trace why the authentication flow is failing, restore a clean login experience, and confirm that students can reach their course dashboard without an extra redirect or blank load.
Deliverable: a working fix implemented on the live site, plus a brief note on what you adjusted so I can avoid a repeat. Access to the admin panel and staging copy can be provided on request. Must be able to look at this now, not in 12 hours
