Consultation Platform Website Build
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
The site needs to centre on paid one-on-one consultation services while also housing a gated video library, self-paced courses, and a blog with an email-capture subscription. Users should be able to move seamlessly from discovering content to booking time with me, paying, and receiving an invoice without leaving the site.
Core flow
• Visitor reads a post or watches a teaser video.
• Upgrades to a membership or course via secure checkout (Stripe or PayPal preferred).
• Books a private session through an integrated calendar that shows my live availability, sends reminders, and blocks out slots automatically once paid.
• Receives an invoice and, if applicable, ongoing subscription billing.
Key requirements
– Responsive, lightweight design with clear calls to action.
– Membership tiers that unlock the video library and course bundles.
– Course delivery with modules, quizzes, and completion tracking.
– Blog set-up with categories, tags, and an opt-in that feeds directly into my email platform.
– Dashboard where I can see bookings, payments, and student progress at a glance.
– GDPR-compliant data handling and basic on-page SEO.
Preferred stack
I am comfortable managing WordPress, so a solution built with WordPress + WooCommerce, LearnDash (or comparable LMS), MemberPress, and an embedded calendar such as Calendly Pro or Amelia would be ideal. Open to alternative stacks if they meet the same standards of ease-of-use and scalability.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting with SSL.
2. Payment gateway and invoicing configured and tested.
3. Booking system integrated, branded, and synced to my personal calendar.
4. One demo course and five sample videos uploaded to prove the flow works end-to-end.
5. Style guide and concise hand-over document so I can add future content without developer help.

• A test user can sign up, pay, book a consultation, and access gated videos in under five minutes.
• All transactional emails fire correctly and land in inbox (not spam).
• Site scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop.
