real estate leads

I am looking for a freelancer to help me acquire real estate leads. I'm specifically looking for residential leads and I would like to contact them via both email and phone. I'm looking for fewer than 1000 leads in total. The successful freelancer should be able to provide high quality leads in a timely manner.
