I need a marketing strategist to help take my website to the educational market

I have created a mathematical educational website called Solvemoji (www.solvemoji.com)
Currently this is completely free and has been for the last 5 years, running adverts to generate income, however I would like to move towards a subscription model and ditch the ads altogether.
My current traffic is about 25K sessions per month, 115K page views per month, bounce rate 36%, average session 4:38
I am looking for someone who can help me get into the educational market and help drive new leads etc via email marketting targetting schools etc.
