I need a Face Book , You Tube marketing specialist

I have in interest in partnering with someone who can do lead generation – inbound calls from Face Book, You Tube, Instagram… any social media outlet to find seniors age 60 to 85. We sell funeral and burial life insurance. We want to do this on a pay for performance / pay per call basis. We can take 200-300 calls a day coming from 40 states.
