looking for generating email contact information via code

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me find the email IDs and contact numbers of US IT recruiters & Bench sales roles from US staffing companies. The project requirements are as follows:

I will give the list of companies. For example,

Person Name: SAPNA & Company: itecsus.com
Person Name: Surya kanta pradhan & Company: vyzeinc.com

List of companies are more, but above is sample only.

You can use any programming language for this and should have previous working experience on the same.

you have to handover the code and its execution should be in an API format.
Like, I will give the company website & Name of person details as inputs to that API and it should give the response in JSON format,
