leads in facebook and sales man

I'm looking for someone who can generate both email and phone leads within a target demographic of businesses and consumers. My expected sales target from the leads generated is 500-1000. I need someone who can research targeted contacts with the given criteria, provide valid contact information you obtain and nurture relationships until ready to close the sale.
