lead email lookup

I'm looking for a freelancer to research leads in the property insurance industry and identify their name and verified email for me. The results will be used for lead generation and marketing. I'm looking for someone who can do up to 100 lookups to start and if the project goes well, there is potentially another 200-500. I will provide a list of companies that I need researched with the job titles that the person's name and email addresses will need to be collected for. I would like to have a final report of the data collected so I can review and send marketing emails to leads accordingly.
