Uniplaces wants to increase its supply, more specifically, the number of landlords with offers available in the website. For this, it's needed to get in contact with landlords in the market presenting to them the Uniplaces website (www.uniplaces.com) where they can publish their apartment/room/house to rent for a medium to long term period of time.
- For every new qualified landlord, we will pay a commission that follow the model below:
- From 1 to 10 leads per month: €5/lead
- From 11 to 20 leads per month: €10/lead
- From 21 and up leads per month: €15/lead

- €20 for the first booking of the landlord.

Your name in the "reference section" will make our system associate this landlord with you and this way we will be able to give you the commissions in the end of the month.
--> Where to find good landlords' leads? You can prospect on Facebook groups (where landlords posts their offers to rent); on websites such as Idealista and others where you have access to the landlords contacts.
--> Which message to send in the first contact: - “Good [morning], my name is [full name] and I am calling you regarding the room/house you have to rent in [city]. I saw your ad at (Facebook/Idealista)
