Senior Business Development Manager/Sales Representative/Closer (Part-Time)

I am looking for a Senior Business Development Manager/Sales Representative/Closer to join our team on a part-time basis. For a long time period.

PBD is an agency that provides B2B lead generation/appointment setting services. The company's target audience are butchers who are trying to generate more wholesale sales for their businesses.
THE JOB
We are looking for a part-time (4h/day) Senior Business Manager/Sales Representative who can
1. Generate new butcher leads for PBD - via Linkedin & cold calling from Google My Business. We also expect you to come up with your own lead gen strategy as a senior BD.
2. Nurture the leads - build that rapport
3. And close the deal - sell them our monthly plan ranging from $730 to $2000
4. Handover the client to the account manager
EXPECTATIONS/TARGETS
You should generate a minimum of 5 contracts/month.

You should have exceptional English verbal skills and experience in sales.
SALARY
For this part-time job, we pay $500 / month + a performance bonus of 5% from each deal closed.
As the expectations are a minimum of 5 contracts a month averaging a $5000/month, the bonus would work to something like $250+. That is a total of around $750 / month as a part time senior business developer.
