I'm seeking a Sales Development Representative for my HR company, specifically focused on promoting our recruitment services to small businesses. The role will be commission-based for the first month, with potential for a more stable arrangement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels (Email campaigns, Cold calling, Social media outreach) to reach potential clients
- Target small businesses in need of recruitment services
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
Ideal Skills and Experience:
