Do SMMA outreach for my advertising agency

Hi there,
I run an advertising agency called HW Advertising and we are looking for someone to take the stress of outreach off our hands. This job can be long-term.
This job would require you to: Find potential clients, reach out to them in any form which grants you the best results, put them in a document so that we can track who has been reached out to. Your goal is to land a sales call with them, which we will do ourselves.
For each client that you bring us which we land an agreement with, we will grant you 30% commission on the first month, and for recurring months you will continue to take a 10% fee that they pay for. To give you a ballpark of what to expect, we tend to work with clients of £1000+ per month. Given the payment being commission-based, your pay will reflect how much work you put in.
