Are you a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to hunt, connect, and close? We’re looking for a driven Acquisitions Specialist to help aggressively grow a rapidly scaling service platform targeting small businesses. This is a fully remote, part-time position with clear performance goals, daily tasks, and strong bonus incentives. Your mission: Find, connect with, and book demos with decision-makers for a service that solves real, everyday problems in business operations. What You’ll Do: • Scrape and source qualified business leads daily (training provided). • Send outbound emails and direct messages (LinkedIn + email primarily). • Book qualified demos directly on the calendar. • Follow up with leads and update CRM with statuses and notes. • Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity targets. What We’re Looking For: • Extremely aggressive, hunter mentality. You’re chasing opportunities, not waiting. • Comfortable with high activity expectations (50+ personalized touches daily). • Organized and process-driven — hitting numbers is your thing. • Positive, resilient attitude. You don’t get rattled by a “no.” • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar roles preferred but not required.
