Roofing Leads for a part time Roofer

Currently working for a Roofing Company part time, but I want to generate more leads since I am part time. Needing a simple site to funnel leads to so I can contact them. Looking for someone to do simple google ads or facebook ads with good SEO to bring in leads that I can contact. Not looking for anything to complex.
